About Me

  My wife Donna and I live in Downtown Superior, and we have two grown children, Flurry and Chloe.

We are all CU Buffalo alums in this family, and we love cheering our Buffs on!

You may spot us walking with our Bernese Mountain dogs through the neighborhoods. Please stop us and say “hi” (though Jinx can be a little "lively"!) 

After graduating with my Masters Degree from the University of Colorado, I began a long career in architecture. Some of my early work included Colorado government buildings and hospitals. Later in my career, I designed custom homes along the front range. 

On December 30, 2021, we watched in horror as the homes of our neighbors and friends burned, only to find out later that our own home was impacted by the Marshall Fire. 

That evening, I decided to establish our firm, Superior Architects, and dedicate our efforts to designing homes for residents that lost theirs in the fire. While it’s been a long and sometimes daunting process to get through demolition and clean up, our homes are starting to reappear across Original Town, Downtown, Rock Creek and Sagamore.
